Booking  Terms & Conditions

We require your Credit Card Details or 20% deposit by cheque to secure all reservations once

booking is confirmed. We will only charge card on check out or for no show if not cancelled with reasonable notice.

Cancellations should be made in writing ( via e-mail) 7 days from date of arrival.

General Cancellation Policy is as follows.

Cancellations with more than 7 days notice -Full Refund*
Cancellations with 7 to 1 days notice -Deposit.*
